Ebonyi state has been perceived as one of the Top and fast Growing States in the south East of Nigeria.

Definitely the urban part has been beautified with good roads, but looking deep to the main land of the Salt Of The Nation, which is the "Rural parts of the State",  it doesn't seem really like what is being heard, Seen or read about....

The Governor of the state is been hailed from various angles and corners of the country as a wonder working Governor, but I Guess after watching this video you will understand and Clear your mind-set regarding the actual looks of Ebonyi state...
